Through our work Options aims to:
- Support people to have a fulfilled and meaningful life
- Support families and carers to enable people we support to achieve the lives described above
- Provide challenging, rewarding and supportive work experience for staff, where they are able to use their gifts and talents for the benefit of people we support
- Help and engage with communities to understand how they can support people with disabilities to live valued lives in those communities
- To provide excellent value to people we support and to those who purchase that support
- To work in partnership with local authorities, health bodies, specialist trusts, housing associations and others to provide excellent support
- To share our learning, our successes and mistakes and our experiences with others, and to constantly learn from others
- To develop and strengthen Options as an organisation in order to fulfill our mission.
